Holly Springs police are investigating the theft of a 10-week old pitbull puppy from a Pawfect Match Rescue fundraiser on Sunday.

The blue and white female puppy, named Miss Percy, was taken from Niche Wine Bar in Holly Springs around 6:30 p.m.

The rescue said a pet foster parent, Debbie Sandlin, brought Miss Percy to the fundraiser, one of Pawfect Match's biggest of the year.
